  • Products marked as LIMITED or high-value may require full advance payment. COD is not available on such items.
  • In case of a payment failure, please retry with correct payment information or choose a different method.

4. Return & Refund Policy

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders across 20,000+ pin codes in India via trusted delivery partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, and others.
  • Shipping timelines: 5–7 business days for locations in India.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, remote location, or courier issues.

6. Product Availability

  • All products listed are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
  • In case of unavailability after placing your order, we will notify you and issue a refund or credit accordingly.

7. Product Authenticity

Saransh Fitness is the authorized seller of the brands listed on our site. All products are stored and dispatched directly from our warehouse. We do not allow third-party sellers, ensuring 100% authenticity.

For authenticity verification, contact the respective brand with product images, batch numbers, or MRP labels.

8. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
  • We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time without notice. In case of pricing errors on the website, we may cancel the order and process a full refund.
